Its for people who want to take control of their lifestyle. They want to learn to value their health and lifestyle habits. You can do this all without being restrictive or giving up your weekends. We will set a plan that allows you to achieve your goals, whether thats weight loss, muscle building or getting back to physical activity

WHAT DOES 1-1 BESPOKE TRAINING GET ME?

A professional coach by your side who will work for you. You will get a personalised training programme and nutrition guidance to match this. You will get a weekly video check-in and 24 hour contact via messages. All this will be done through your personal coaching hub

The Academy?

The Academy is an affordable option that gives you workouts and nutrition breakdown via your own personal hub. It will offer a community and more relaxed feel to allow you to progress at your own pace

I'M BUSY, CAN I FIT THIS IN?

I work with many hospital staff, shift workers, managers, full time mums and a range of others who can fit this in. All you have to do is commit a few short hours per week to help yourself achieve your ultimate goals

IS IT ALL ONLINE?

Yes. Weekly personal training garners little results compared to online training. At your fingertips will be everything you need from training programmes to nutrition, you are a simple message away from the RIGHT information! The weekly check-ins are in-depth and you will have the ability to send me technique videos

HOW MUCH IS IT?

1-1  Online training is £597 (£199 per month)

The Shred is £197 for 6 week

HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT GIVING UP EVERYTHING?

You and I will work together to plan your social calendar, allowing for flexibility in your nutrition and training to still allow you to reach your goals - No more bland foods whilst hitting your goals!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No - this is all included when you sign up. From calorie and macro targets to new healthy recipes delivered each month. Its all a part of the service

HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS IT?

1-1 training is bespoke to your needs. We will work together to find out how many times per week you need to train to get the results you desire.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP?

All you have to do is fill in the form and book a call with me. Once this has been done, we can start as soon as you are ready to do so!
